Why do edward and jacob love bella

Perhaps if Jacob had accepted, then Bella may have chosen him over Edward. Had Jacob gone to the same school as Bella and been in closer proximity with her, perhaps she would have chosen him over Edward. In addition to proximity, Edward and Bella share many similarities which may have led Bella to be attracted to him more than Jacob. People are drawn to other people who are similar to themselves Shpancer, Bella and Edward are actually very similar in that they are both intelligent and even enjoy the same musical taste.

Jacob and Bella are not as similar because Jacob enjoys things like riding motorcycles and fixing cars in which Bella I not particularly adept. Even physically Bella and Edward are both thin and pale-skinned while Jacob is muscular and tan. The key reason I think that Bella chose Edward over Jacob is because with Edward, Bella has the potential to become a vampire.

They can be completely similar to each other and dissimilar to most everyone else. This unique chance of similarity between the two may have caused Bella to overlook Jacob since she can never become a werewolf. Bella could never reach the complete similarity of nature with Jacob as she could with Edward. The similarities between Edward and Bella are far more than Jacob and Bella.

Women tend to seek men with good earning capacity who can boost their own social standing and provide for them Denisiuk, Edward is part of a wealthy family who will provide him with all of the means to survive comfortably. I am sure Bella recognizes this and unconsciously seeks Edward over Jacob, as a result.

In addition, Edward is much older than Bella. He has experienced much of the world and life. This might indicate to Bella that Edward is mature enough to provide for her and a family. Jacob is younger than Bella and she seems to view him as a little brother figure more than a provider or romantic companion.

Researchers have also identified that women seek good parenting skills in a partner Nauert, He could have chosen a middle ground—maybe admitted to his jealousy and asked Bella to choose him, rather than watching her get in deeper with Jacob.

Of course, he has other issues that make forcing this issue problematic. What if Jacob is better for her? What if Bella could have a more complete life with him? Should Edward really insist that Bella give everything up for vampire life? Or would it be better to let her make a fully informed choice? Can you see his dilemma? Part of Edward wants Bella to choose Jacob and life. He has one goal and one hope. He fails at both. Does he do everything right? Heck, no! Those who are upset by some of his tactics should consider his youth and the fact that he is, after all, right.

Bella is in love with him. What happened to blacken your soul, woman?? First of all, let me say that I do believe in true love. But I also deeply believe in the complexity, variety, and downright insanity of love. A lucky person loves hundreds of people in their lives, all in different ways, family love, friendship love, romantic love, all in so many shades and depths. In part, this is true because you never love two people the same way. Next, Bella does not fall in love with Jacob in Eclipse.

This is a big reason why Jacob grows more frustrated and angry with Bella when she keeps choosing Edward. He appears without warning and dances with Bella. Just when it seems like the two will be able to get along without arguing, he finds out that Bella will consummate the marriage despite Edward being a vampire. This causes him to explode in anger at Bella. Bella and her daughter will one day have been romantically involved with the same man. Throughout the Twilight movies , Bella repeatedly tells Edward how important Charlie is to her.

Especially in the later movies, Jacob is seen with Charlie more than Bella is. Without Jacob, Charlie would have lost his daughter forever. Even if Jacob did it for selfish reasons, he helps Charlie have a relationship with his daughter when she just planned on running away and hurting him. From the moment Jacob saw Bella in the first Twilight film, it was clear that he was attracted to her.

He continued to have feelings for Bella up until she had her baby, Renesmee. He imprinted on her immediately. Renesmee will also grow up to look a lot like Bella with her identical eyes and long, dark hair. Since Jacob was into Bella before she was even pregnant, it could have been an attraction to her genetics and the child she would eventually create. Despite accepting this, she goes insane when she learns that Jacob has imprinted on her daughter, Renesmee.

Why not her own? One is a vampire, the other a werewolf. Edward follows her around and aggressively guards her, while Jacob pushes her to leave Edward to the point of lashing out in rage and running away.

Sure, they have very different hobbies, with Edward being into books and classical music and Jacob being into action movies and motorcycles, but it seems that Bella has a thing for controlling, unstable men. Whenever Bella decides to be with Edward, Jacob tells her how wrong she is and tries to manipulate her into choosing him instead rather than accepting her decision.

She continues to insert herself into his life anyway. Despite all that happened throughout the first three Twilight installments, Jacob is still ready to perish for Bella in Breaking Dawn. Not only that, but he also was ready to stand by the Cullens when the Volturi came, despite them being a major threat to his own life, in order to protect both Bella and her daughter.
